Setting Expectations Early and Communicating Often
One of the greatest frustrations most home owners express when it comes to remodels is the expectations of the process. This could be anything from how long the project is going to take, how the living space will be managed while under construction, and unexpected challenges faced during the process. Setting expectations early and communicating often is an integral part of our process.

Consultation
We begin our process by getting acquainted with your living space you want to revive. Here, as the client, you're given the floor to communicate your ideas, ask questions, and let us know any concerns you have starting your project.

Free Estimate
After getting a firm understanding of your vision, you will be presented with an estimate for the material and installation, a proposed timeline and schedule. Together we will work out the details and finalize a plan. Some things to consider during this phase, who will remove the furniture from this room, where will it be stored, how long can we go without needing to utilize this room, where is an approved working area for running power tools, to name a few.

Preparation and Commencing Work
Before actually installing anything we need to agree on an approved design. We will create a mock up of design being installed which will help bring your vision to life. The mock up will show the size of your design on the wall and give you an idea how your new room is going to look. This can be temporarily fastened to show how your design is will integrate with he rest of the room. This is important for details such as meeting up with windows and how the design will terminate in corners. Once the mock up is approved we can commit to a price and create an agreement.

Finishing the Project
Throughout the course of installation you are welcomed to offer any feed back. The further the project goes the more challenging it is to redo anything, so we encourage your feedback early and often. Our number one goal is your satisfaction with our service. Once everything is installed and all recommended touch ups are complete, we invite you to let us know all of your thoughts on how we did throughout the project.
